Directions and Parking:
New palace:
1 park space at the south end of the New Palace, access via Effnerstrasse/Amigonistrasse; standard parking spaces in front of and right of the new palace.
Old palace:
Standard parking spaces on the car park north of the old palace, access via Effnerstrasse

New palace:
Ramp to the ground floor with a 5% incline, bell 87 cm high, elevator to the upper floor
Old palace:
In the passageway to the right of the main entrance, ring the bell at ‘Kasse’, bell 101 cm high. From the car park, also ring the bell at ‘Kasse’, bell 130 cm high, 2 elevators, ramp with a 9% incline, stair lift with 300 kg load capacity (to be used only with staff assistance). “Nativity Scenes from Abroad” only accessible via stairs
Schloss Lustheim (Palace):
Ring the bell ‘Museum’ on the north side at Museum, bell 116 cm high. Staff will assist with stair-climbing aid; advance booking is necessary. Not suitable for electric wheelchairs, push wheelchair available
