- All areas are step-free, with some ramps and slight inclines/declines.
- Surface materials include mainly of asphalt and concrete, occasionally small and large stone paving.
- A stair lift is available to the underwater world (Euro lock, load capacity 250 kg)
- The elephant house has an electric door opener and a lift (Euro lock, load capacity 400 kg)
- Exits via a wide revolving door, so please consider the closing time if using very wide or long wheelchairs.
