Directions and Parking:

  • 1 parking space on the car park to the right of the museum until 7 pm 
    Free parking for up to 3 hours with a blue parking permit.  
  • Additional parking spaces on the side and longitudinal parking spaces are also available. 

Access: 

  • Long ramp with a 4% incline, followed by a short ramp with a 7% incline; elevators available (some may only be accessed with staff assistance).  
  • To the exhibition rooms in the air-raid shelter: from the car park, 6.5 cm high step, ramp provided by staff 
  • Continue via stair lift (up to 325 kg load capacity) 
  • Inside, floor level, the last room has 1 step 6 cm high with short ramp 

Restrooms: 

  • 1 barrier-free WC each for ladies (accessible from the front and left) and a gender-neutral WC (accessible from the front and right) on the ground floor. 
  • Toilet for All with recliner and lifter at the Ministry of Construction, Franz-Josef-Strauss-Ring 4, opposite Haus der Kunst
