Access: 

Ramps from Arnulfstrasse and Bayerstrasse

Elevators: 

  • To the middle S-Bahn (suburban train) platform, on the mezzanine floor next to the S-Bahn information desk. When exiting the S-Bahn, head left in either direction to reach the elevator! 
  • At the Arnulfstraße North exit: Travellers with reduced mobility must use the ramp to the main hall of the railway tracks and then take the lift to the mezzanine floor
  • At the South exit Bayerstrasse: Exit from the former IC Hotel to the mezzanine floor, from there to the U4, U5 (not to the U1, U2!)
  • From the mezzanine floor, head to U1, U2 (not U4 and U5!)  
  • At Bahnhofsplatz from the tram stop, head to the mezzanine floor

  • DB Information Desk in the main hall, South Bayerstrasse: Equipped with an induction loop system. 
  • S-Bahn customer centre on the mezzanine floor: Features tactile guide strips leading to a height-adjustable counter with an induction loop system. 
  • MVG service centre on the mezzanine floor: Automatic door and two counters (88 cm high) with induction loop systems.  
  • Travel centre in the main hall at the South Bayerstrasse exit: Tactile guidelines lead to the number pick-up and counters for the visually and hearing impaired. The number pick-up point features buttons for inquiries for the /visually impaired and wheelchair users/hearing impaired. The numbers are called out and displayed. The counter for the hearing impaired has an induction loop system. Height-adjustable counter for wheelchair users. 
  • Tactile guidelines are available for the visually impaired. 
  • Wheelchairs rental at the station mission near platform 11.

  • The S-Bahn and U-Bahn (suburban and underground rail) areas are barrier-free. 
  • The mezzanine floor has ramps with a 12% incline. 

Elevators: 

  • Mezzanine floor to platforms 1 – 5 (suburban railway), 6 – 14 (regional trains) and to the U5 (underground line) 
  • Mezzanine floor to Orleansplatz 
  • Mezzanine floor to Friedenstrasse 
  • Mezzanine floor to the social services department at Orleansplatz (Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm)

  • Pasinger Hofgärten and Pasing Arcaden underground car parks

Access: 

  • From the south (Kaflerstrasse): at ground level to the station building, then take the elevator. If the elevator is out of order, use the ramps on both sides of the station building. 
  • From the north (August-Exter-Strasse): ramps with a 5% incline. 
  • elevators to platforms 3 to 10 (S-Bahn suburban train) and tram 19. Pre-booking of long-distance services and S20 via the mobility centre is required.
