The Accessibility Portal is a service platform for people with special needs. It brings together a range of information on the topic of accessibility. The platform is designed to make it easier to plan journeys and thus create added value for all target groups.

The aim of the Accessibility Portal is to ensure that everyone can participate fully in society through consolidated, targeted and up-to-date information.

On the Accessibility Portal, you find the following thematic maps:

  • General disabled parking spaces on public land: around 550 locations with over 900 spaces
  • Toilet locations in the City of Munich
  • Roadworks (over the next 4 weeks)
  • Pump stations for pram, wheelchair or bicycle tyres
  • Electric mobility scooter hire for people with reduced mobility
  • Local public transport stops with additional information on escalators and lifts in underground stations
  • Park-and-ride facilities with additional information on disabled parking spaces
  • Traffic lights with and without additional features for blind and visually impaired people
  • Tactile paving system in the Old Town
